I'm so excited right now!  My Etsy shop got its first sale last night!  This is a nice change of events, considering that January has been a rough month for me.  Found out my car's registration needed renewing, so I had to borrow some money to take care of that (thank goodness I was able to get the ticket dismissed for that when I was pulled over for it).  Also been stressed out because of bills and other debts that I owe, and feeling a bit down, thinking my shop was going nowhere. But now, after having it open for nearly a month, the first sale has come in!  Here's to hoping that it's the first of many! :D

2015 has been a crazy year.  Last June I underwent a move to the other side of the state.  With all of my craft supplies being shoved into boxes and set aside in storage upon arriving at our new apartment, it made things hard to get back into the crafty scene (not that I was very active to begin with).  Not to mention the one place I could find a job at was completely awful, and the stress from that made me want to do absolutely nothing in terms of productivity.  Over time, the stress became way too much to bear, and I had no choice but to quit.
